<\/figure><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nExtensive industrial experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nA civil engineer by training and a prevention advisor, Vincent Michel brings more than 25 years of experience in industry. He spent most of his career with the Holcim Group, where he held various management positions, particularly in activities related to concrete, raw materials and alternative fuels. More recently, he led the GO4ZERO project at the Obourg site, a major industrial programme aimed at reducing the carbon footprint of cement production.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
His expertise has been recognised well beyond his previous company. In 2025, Vincent Michel was awarded the title of Sustainability Professional in Belgium<\/strong>, recognising his commitment and leadership in sustainable transition projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThroughout his career, he has developed recognised expertise in managing complex industrial operations, improving operational performance and leading large-scale transformation projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\nAddressing the challenges of tomorrow<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nToday, the iscal Group is engaged in several projects aimed at improving its industrial performance while continuing its decarbonisation journey across the Fontenoy, Frasnes and Almelo (Aldra) sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
