Het afgelopen jaar hebben we teamseminars georganiseerd om samen de toekomst van ons bedrijf te bespreken. Welzijn, productie, milieu, alle onderwerpen kwamen aan bod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>Samenbouwen<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Respect, uitmuntendheid, inzet, onze drie waarden hebben altijd een centrale rol gespeeld in elk van de acht verschillende seminars. Het idee was simpel: identificeer samen de verbeterpunten in ons bedrijf, zowel algemeen als persoonlijk, en neem vervolgens in groepjes initiatieven om dingen te veranderen,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1773\" height=\"1182\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iscal.be\/app\/uploads\/2022\/07\/DSC07669.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13305 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iscal.be\/app\/uploads\/2022\/07\/DSC07669.jpg 1773w, https:\/\/iscal.be\/app\/uploads\/2022\/07\/DSC07669-1500x1000.jpg 1500w, https:\/\/iscal.be\/app\/uploads\/2022\/07\/DSC07669-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/iscal.be\/app\/uploads\/2022\/07\/DSC07669-1536x1024.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1773px) 100vw, 1773px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>De gelanceerde projecten zijn gevarieerd, maar in elk ervan zijn twee gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen terug te vinden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Onze werkdagen of onze manier van werken verbeteren<\/li><li>Een connectie maken tussen de teams, aangezien sommige medewerkers niet regelmatig samenwerken<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Door te rekenen op de bereidheid van onze teams om grote projecten uit te voeren en op hun specifieke vaardigheden die ze tijdens hun loopbaan hebben verworven, hopen we in de best mogelijke richting vooruit te kunnen blijven gaan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>Totale transparantie<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om deze seminars af te sluiten, organiseerden we een plenaire sessie waarin alle teams samenkwamen om elkaars vooruitgang te presenteren. Uiteraard vond dit seminar plaats aan het einde van onze twee productiecycli en was het ook een gelegenheid voor Robert Torck (CEO) om de balans op te maken van het afgelopen jaar en de komende jaren. Virginie Naessens (HR) nam vervolgens het woord om verschillende actiepunten op personeelsgebied voor te stellen en om onze gepensioneerde collega&#8217;s in de schijnwerpers te zetten. Eindelijk was het rond een borrel dat iedereen elkaar kon ontmoeten en deze cyclus in stijl kon afsluiten!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1
